Heart Quakes

The black and white of day and night push the soul
To temptations or revelations the good bad and foul
Light brings not the good one would wish for
But extinguishes darkness playing its evil role

The great Sun submits and bows in awe of His Majesty
The Humble Moon reflects light upon life and its tragedy
Thus clouds bring the roaring thunder and lightning
To explain in due time how we’re transcending the boundary

Eons pass by as galaxies swing dance by one another
Orchestrated submission beyond imaginations rather
The creation dances in worship as souls ponder
Feelings of lost paths while found is my brother

Filling the sky with sins like black clouds bringing bad news
Flooding the sea with transgressions unable to pay their dues
Forming hopeless waves often forgetting thus are forgotten
Redemption awaits the swimming struggling flying to choose

Convince me to make sense of the confusions plotted and tried
Make sense of it all and eat from the carcass of deeds cried
Heart quakes shake the earth to wake from its truth belied
Crisp clarity is only of that which we have not yet died

When the sky rips open to open the chest of deeds all exposing
When the child stands to testify against the criminal recanting
The soul finally breathes truth in purity but much too late
The smoke clears to show what it wouldn’t see before opposing

Enchanting in its own darkness for love life and redemption
Ah that I breathe this breath not knowing costs of temptation
Loving and hating is relative to what end the soul desires
So bring only what you are willing to carry for presentation

Choose a path to pave for your heart to wonder and ponder to take
Lest a path be chosen for you to the places which make your heart quake
Right or left is left to your free will yet imprisoned to make the choice
While Guidance waits submission love & repentance for you to make
